ABOUT THE ARTIST

Nahid Davarpanah is an Iranian-born visual artist based in Los Angeles. Her work bridges cultures, mediums, and mindsets—focusing on how the ordinary becomes extraordinary through thoughtful transformation. Her art has been featured in solo and group exhibitions across the U.S. and internationally, and she’s the author of a published collection of her work.

Nahid's recent body of work is deeply rooted in the everyday ritual of coffee. Using real coffee splashes as the starting point of each piece, she layers in colored pencil to amplify form and narrative. This tactile approach speaks to spontaneity, memory, and emotional resonance. Every drop holds a story.
