ABOUT THE ARTIST

Susan Greenwald—affectionately known as “Gigi”—is a versatile and expressive artist based in Livingston, New Jersey. Working primarily in oil and acrylic, Susan also experiments with watercolor, pen and ink, and mixed media. Her work ranges from traditional to abstract, monochrome to boldly colorful. Inspired by nature, people, and everyday beauty, she creates landscapes, portraits, still lifes, and animals, many as cherished private commissions. 

With a rich background in local exhibitions, juried shows, and solo displays, Susan’s art brings connection and joy into the spaces it inhabits. Whether capturing a memory or honoring a moment, her paintings are rooted in warmth, meaning, and love.
