Daydream by Emi Burns

Photography & Digital Collage

Seattle, Washington, USA

“Daydream” is a contemplative pause—a surreal blend of nostalgia and discovery, inspired by coffee moments across place and time. A pigeon hovers mid-flight, suspended between a stand in Puerto Rico and a cup from a familiar haunt back home. It’s an image about transitions and connections, the way ordinary rituals like coffee can blur the lines between presence and memory, past and future.
