Here’s Why Coffee Table Art Book Is Not on Amazon

Coffee Table Art Book open on wooden desk with contemporary artwork, coffee cup, and studio setting, independent art book not sold on Amazon.

Coffee through artistic expression — curated, printed, and distributed independently.

You may have noticed something.

When you search for Coffee Table Art Book, you won’t find us on Amazon.

That’s intentional.

And here’s why.

We’re an Independent, Woman-Owned Publisher

Coffee Table Art Book was created to support artists — not algorithms.

As an independent publisher, every decision we make is rooted in community, sustainability, and long-term creative impact. We maintain control over how the book is presented, priced, and experienced — a 10” × 10” hardcover printed sustainably in Canada by our printing partner, Freisens, and curated from 65 contemporary artists worldwide.

This book was never meant to be mass-market.

It was meant to be discovered.

We Sell Directly — And Through Independent Spaces

We sell Coffee Table Art Book directly through our website and through independent art galleries, bookstores, and select coffeehouses that share our values.

It’s a slower road.

But it’s a meaningful one.

When a gallery carries the book, it sits alongside original artwork. When a coffeehouse places it on display, it becomes part of daily ritual and conversation. These are real spaces, with real people, who care about creativity and community.

We believe in that ecosystem.

And yes — slower growth can still be strong growth.

60% of Print Sales Go Directly to Artists

In addition to the book, we offer fine art prints from featured artists.

Sixty percent of the net profit from every print sale goes directly back to the artist.

When you purchase a fine art Print through our website, you’re helping artists sustain their practice — not just make a sale.

Community Over Convenience

From our hometown sponsor Java Love to the galleries and coffeehouses that carry the book, this project was built through collaboration.

Selling directly allows us to:

  • Support working artists

  • Partner with small businesses

  • Maintain sustainable printing practices

  • Build thoughtful, long-term retail relationships

It may not be the fastest path.

But it feels right.

This Is Just the Beginning

Coffee Table Art Book is our first release, with future themed editions already in development.

By choosing independence, we ensure that each future book stays true to its mission: celebrating contemporary artists and building a platform where creativity is valued over scale.

We’re pro-artist.
Pro-independent.
Pro-community.

And that’s a road we’re proud to take.
